Mid-Century Modern
This mid-century modern home was originally built in the 1950’s and after a house fire and multiple renovations, the owners found it with many additions and details that no longer spoke to the original style. Our team re-designed the existing floor plan to create a space that spoke to the architectural style of the home while creating a home that worked well for casual entertaining. One of the most dramatic changes to the floor plan was moving the kitchen from what is now the office and butler’s pantry to a previous sitting room. This space now takes full advantage of the floor to ceiling windows with dramatic views of the pool and tennis court. The large living room featuring a Noguchi Lantern connects to the elevated dining room making the space seamless for entertaining guests.
