With the project expectations outlined and a budget in hand, we will craft a design plan — reflecting your vision and style —to provide direction for the entire project. Once you approve, the work can begin!
Construct + Complete
Following the design plan, we handle everything form orders to installs, and if your project is a bit more involved, construction management. From concept to completion, we are fitted to oversee every step the journey to your turn-key home.
What We Do
Transforming a house into a beautiful home is an exciting experience, yet oftentimes feels overwhelming. From concept to completion, we partner with our clients and contractors to communicate the vision, develop a budget, and orchestrate all the moving parts. While some wait to include an interior designer until after construction begins, having us on your team first will help save you time, frustration, and money when designing your home.
From warehousing items, to overseeing construction sites, our experienced team has the knowledge, resources, and relationships to guarantee even the most complex projects run seamlessly.
Our approach is not just a step-by-step process, but a personalized experience built to identify a functional design that is reflective of you. Taking the time to get to know you, and understanding how you want to use your space, allows for a smooth and enjoyable experience. From initial presentation to the final day of installation, our work spans beyond the project's completion, to give you a home defined by quality and comfort.
While our approach is personalized to each client, our method is consistent. From budgets and proposals to policies and invoices, years of experience allows us to implement a structured system for each element of the design process. Our design and logistics teams operate collectively to see the correct items are ordered, received and stored at our private warehouse, and installed with precision in your home. Our tried and true system lays the ground work for a stress-free design experience.
It's no surprise this is our favorite part of the design process— the time when the hard work pays off and your vision is completed. Once the furniture is installed, the drapes are hung and each piece of art is placed, we know you will feel right at home when you walk in the door for the first time.
How do I become a trade member?To begin, fill out the membership registration form. Upon completion we will review it to make sure it has all the qualifying information. If it meets the requirements and there is a new member spot available, we will send you an email letting you know your membership request has been approved. To ensure your membership registration has the qualifying information, please have the following documents: - Tax ID - Exemption form (we will email this prospective members)
What can I buy as a member?Our vendors offer a wide range of products including new and vintage home accessories, art, pre-made and custom upholstered furniture, casegoods, linens, custom pillows, and most likely all the other pieces you need to complete your clients vision. In addition to furnishing vendors, we have strong ties with an array of vendors who carry quality fabric and wallpaper.
What if the product I want isn't on the trade site?No Worries! One of the many benefits of being a trade member is having access to ALL the products supplied by the vendor. If you see a product listed on a vendors website, but not on the trade shop you will need to fill out the online quote request found under the Designer Resource tab on the trade shop. Our team will get you a quote within 24 hr. If you choose to purchase the item we will follow up with an invoice so you can pay online.
I'm a new designer. Do I need design references?No! Our trade program was created to help new designers get a head start without having to jump through a bunch of hoops.
What is your return policy?Return eligibility varies on each item. If the item is eligible for return to the manufacturers, the designer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any restocking fees. As a member you will be able to view an items return eligibility on the "Details" tab of each product page.
